Clara's house has just been renovated. It is carefully furnished and set up with the intention of providing our guests with the base for a beautiful stay in one of the most beautiful and visited cities in the world.

The SpaceThe apartment, structured to accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4, is located on the fourth floor of a prestigious building, equipped with an elevator.
It consists of an entrance/living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), air conditioner and 55'' Smart TV with Sky package, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, French bed (140x190 cm), air conditioner and 18'' TV, a main bathroom with shower, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (see amenities for details) and bathroom/laundry room.
For breakfast (coffee or cappuccino and croissant), vouchers are available for use at an affiliated bar in the square.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Heating is remotely controlled. Wi-Fi is available.
Smoking is prohibited. From 11 pm to 8 am, silence is required. Pets (even small animals) are not allowed.Access for guestsThe house is located in the historic Balduina neighborhood, characterized by ample availability of bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets and pharmacies, and benefits from its central location (a quarter-hour walk from the Vatican) and multiple connections by metro (10 minutes from the Cipro stop, line A), bus (a few minutes from the 990 and 913 line stops) and train (2 minutes from the Appiano stop, line FL3).
The area is covered by all sharing services (cars, bicycles, and electric scooters).
Finding parking around the block takes no more than 5-10 minutes.However, paid parking is available in a garage 200 meters away.
Gemelli Hospital is a ten-minute walk along the bike path.Other things to keep in mindThe apartment, structured with 2 rooms (one with a double bed and one with a French bed) to accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4, in the case of a single couple can be adapted by limiting its use to the double room only. In this case a 20% discount on the rate will be applied, to be requested during negotiation.
Check-in is possible from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., while check-out is allowed from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Different check-in and check-out times can be arranged with the administrator, consistent with the scheduling of other arrivals and departures. Where possible, check-in after 8:30 p.m. or check-out after 10:00 a.m. will incur an extra charge.
